We had our shingles replaced and new flashing installed some years ago by Epic Roofing & Exteriors. During a recent rain storm, a leak materialized. I contacted Epic Roofing & Exteriors and they were out right away (the same day). It was raining, and the technician went up on the roof,. he identified the problem, and fixed the issue. No more leak.I am well beyond my warranty period - but the technician performed the work without charging me.Epic Roofing & Exteriors stand behind they're work. They're incredibly responsive. Their work is top notch. They're just plain good people. I would definitely recommend Epic Roofing & Exteriors.

Very professional, prompt service. Roofers were informative and cordial and friendly. Extra nails and glue used for my roof that faces enormous wind issues--at no extra cost. Highly recommend for workmanship and fair pricing and clear / prompt communication throughout.

I had a quick issue to deal with and Epic was super easy to deal with. They responded in the time frame that they said they would, booked the appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and showed up on time. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would use them again.

I contacted epic roofing for a quote on installing a continuous gutter on one of my properties. They responded quickly and gave me a fair price. Once the work was done they followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent work. Great customer service.

I consistently find great attention to detail with no corners cut. I had to wait an extra week in the queue but it was totally worth waiting. The crew that came to re-roof my house was very professional. They didn't rush in any part of the process and I never saw any nails on my property. (In fact my neighbor hired another company for his roof and my property was filled with his nails!). The project manager gave very good communication and I feel my home was very taken care of. I would definitely refer to my friends and family for any type of exteriors work by Epic Roofing & Exteriors.

Seriously amazing service, especially from Ali, Tyson, and Joel. I called to have some upgrades done on our (extremely tall) roof and they came within the week. Then, they even changed the light bulbs at the top for us!

From the moment I submitted a quote request on Epic's website to the day the crew finished the job I was very impressed with the service provided by Epic. I was always kept up to date on the project - never once did I have to initiate the call to Epic. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly demonstrated that I was important to them as a customer. Many businesses carry the same products and the one thing that a business can offer that sets them apart is the service they provide. Epic truly understands what service means to their customers. I would highly recommend Epic if you're looking for roofing or exterior work on your home.

Last year in October 2017 the roof of my house had shingles blown in multiple locations. My insurance gave me a list of their preferred contractors to do the emergency repairs. Epic Roofing & Exteriors was the only one that responded with a reasonable price for the repairs. They immediately repaired my roof so that it could last through the winter. In June 2018, I picked them again but this time to replace the whole roof of my house to new quality shingles because they had a reasonable estimate. Their crew tried their best to finish the job in one day. The crew did a good job and I am happy with the cleanup that they did around my house before they left.I would like to thank all of the Epic staff who were involved in this project.The emergency repairs team; David, Alison & Tyson took action promptly. Grant readily answered my questions regarding the estimate. Kelly and Melvin kept me informed and updated on the project. Cole and his skilled crew got right to work from day one of the project and were polite and corteous. I am happy to receive the project summary and completion report after every project. Great, professional experienced company. I managed my roof replacement whilst being out of country and it was seamless. Top notch communication up front on what to expect, product options, general process, etc. Even a small feature request to improve my roof drainage was executed perfectly without any extra reminding (even included follow up pictures). The crew worked diligently and kept everything tidy during the replacement of the roof. Once the work was completed, the crew did a thorough clean up - I did not find one nail in our yard. Several days later a person came to inspect the roof and made one minor change. I would not hesitate to have Epic Roofing replace the shingles on my roof once again.

Epic installed new shingles on my house and garage a couple of years ago and the service was outstanding. Recently, while in the process of selling my place, I called Epic to remove ice and snow from my roof. At that time it was discovered that a portion of the roof sheeting was damaged. They were extremely empathetic to the fact that I was selling my place and the damage needed to be repaired immediately (even though they were slammed with numerous jobs removing ice and snow as a result of our lovely winter!). Jacky and Ali were amazing in scheduling my job in right away. If they weren’t able to get me answers while they had me on hold, they got back to me immediately. Aaron completed the repair quickly and professionally. Everyone I dealt with at Epic made my stressful predicament a breeze to deal with. Such a pleasant team to work with. I highly recommend them and if the need arising in my next home, would not hesitate to have them replace/repair a roof.

I am really pleased with the work that Epic has done on my house. I have actually used them twice over the past two years as a result of hail storm damage. Epic Roofing provided exceptional service in replacing our roof on the house and garage. They were easy to deal with and developed a comprehensive yet simple quote for the project. We researched many Calgary roofing companies on various sites and landed on Epic due to all the great reviews. We were extremely pleased with the folks who came and did our estimate, Ira our project coordinator and Jeff and his crew who installed our roofing. I can't stress enough how well the job was done and have to commend Jeff and his team. They treated us great and were awesome to deal with. Answered all my questions and showed me the work as it progressed. Visually the new roof looks awesome and is a top notch install. An example of their honesty was when a roof vent was missing in the supplied materials. I would have never known if they simply reinstalled an old one. They were forthright and told me one was missing and they needed to get a new one. It was delivered and installed the next morning. A small example I know, but a sign of a top company and crew. If you need a roof these are the folks to use. And ask for Jeff to do it.....

Without any hesitation I would recommend Epic Roofing. The office administration, project manager and crew leaders were extremely well organized and efficient. They kept me informed about their schedule and were prompt. All their workers were courteous and kept the job site clean from start to finish. When I had a concern it was addressed immediately and resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Epic Roofing and I would definitely use them again. I had an excellent experience.
