We have successfully completed projects with self directed boards, property managers, roofing consultants, engineers, and even golf course General Managers. We have the expertise in installing the best products on the market, from asphalt shinlges with Owens Corning to Malarkey, and synthetics from F-Wave to EuroShield.
Exteriors
A building envelope consists of many components, all of which need to work together to preform at their best. Not to worry, our team has experience with vinyl siding, fibre cement, metal, wood siding, composites, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and even custom fabrication. We are excited to work along side condominium boards, property managers, Building Envelope Engineers, and insurance companies. Our goal is always to do it right the first time so that we don't need to come back for a service call... we will accept callbacks for tea and cookies though!
Repairs & Maintenance
Do you have a leak or missing shingles and not sure who to call? Our team of dedicated technicians are eager to solve problems and give the right solutions for your context. We also do inspection reports with photos and recommended maintenance so that you can avoid those costly repairs down the road.
