Absolutely stellar! Everything performed in a professional manner. After initial roof installation, crew members returned on three separate occasions to verify work and customer satisfaction. The group of employees, without a doubt, are the best I have dealt with, this being the third roof replacement. Highly recommend Epic.

Had a great customer service experience with Epic Roofing and Exteriors. After five years, we experienced a leak in our garage, and asked Epic to come by and look at it. They responded to our e-mail that day and arrived at our house when they said they would. It turns out that the leak was not with the shingles (the work that Epic did), but with the cladding around the window sill. While they were up there, they fixed the problem for us. We appreciate this very much and are pleased to recommend Epic for roofing repairs.

Last year in October 2017 the roof of my house had shingles blown in multiple locations. My insurance gave me a list of their preferred contractors to do the emergency repairs. Epic Roofing & Exteriors was the only one that responded with a reasonable price for the repairs. They immediately repaired my roof so that it could last through the winter. In June 2018, I picked them again but this time to replace the whole roof of my house to new quality shingles because they had a reasonable estimate. Their crew tried their best to finish the job in one day. The crew did a good job and I am happy with the cleanup that they did around my house before they left.

The crew worked diligently and kept everything tidy during the replacement of the roof. Once the work was completed, the crew did a thorough clean up - I did not find one nail in our yard. Several days later a person came to inspect the roof and made one minor change. I would not hesitate to have Epic Roofing replace the shingles on my roof once again.

Epic roofing was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. From estimating to invoicing the communication and follow up was fantastic. The installation crew was on schedule, friendly and very professional. Tarps were placed around the house to catch any debris and site clean up was done numerous times during the day. At the end of the work day tarps removed, ladders down and the site left in a safe manner. At the end of the project eaves troughs were cleaned out and the site left very clean. I just completed various renovations on my home and Epic is the only company that I would use again.

With Epic Roofing's many glowing reviews we contacted them for an estimate. We were very impressed with the professional gentleman who arrived on time to provide a pre-move estimate. Since our roof is in good condition and not in need of an upgrade right now, due to the stellar customer service and thorough inspection (including emailed photos of our roof) Epic Roofing will be our go-to roofer when that time comes. Epic Roofing delivered outstanding service after a recent windstorm blew shingles off my roof. Jadon from Epic came out within a day and repaired the area that had blown off using perfectly matched shingles. He also inspected the entire roof and secured any shingles that were loose. He took the time to explain everything he did, and showed me pictures of the roof to illustrate his points. I truly appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Epic - I came away from the experience feeling that this is a company that has brought back true customer service!

Great, professional experienced company. I managed my roof replacement whilst being out of country and it was seamless. Top notch communication up front on what to expect, product options, general process, etc. Even a small feature request to improve my roof drainage was executed perfectly without any extra reminding (even included follow up pictures).
